Navigasi Nusantara Tour & Travel provides travel services including Komodo tours,
Flores overland tours, private trips, open trips, and related tourism services.
By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed after payment confirmation.
• Payments may be made via down payment (DP) or full payment.
• The remaining balance must be settled before the departure date.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for unconfirmed bookings.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package:

• Cancellation 14 days or more before departure may be eligible for a refund.
• Last-minute cancellations are subject to package conditions.
• Refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure will be discussed accordingly.

4. Itinerary & Schedule Changes

Navigasi Nusantara reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather,
safety considerations, or government regulations. All changes prioritize guest safety.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must be in good health and physical condition.
• Follow instructions from guides and crew at all times.
• Respect local culture, marine life, and the environment.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of each participant.

6. Insurance & Liability

Travel insurance is not included unless stated otherwise.
Navigasi Nusantara Tour & Travel is not liable for incidents beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
